We’ve all promised ourselves to enjoy the little things in life more. Then, that time comes when you pass a pretty place, contemplate pulling over to check it out but then keep going because let’s be honest, parking is a pain in LA, and you would rather beat traffic to get home. I ignored those thoughts today, and stopped at Echo Park to let myself stumble upon this luscious land in LA-LA…
I obviously went barefoot in my almost mismatching TopShop ensemble because at this point, who cared. Filled with lily-pads and lotus flowers (which are sacred to many across the world symbolizing rebirth, purity, and life), this quick pitstop proved to bring a much needed piece of peace to my day.
