Yes, that’s what I said. A day where distressed denim and its combat companions are necessary to guide this gal back through the grind. 
I always have to balance out my fierce factor with my soft spot. This case called for cashmere. You know I love my winter white. 
Oh and yes, it finally feels like winter here in LALA land. I went for a grey leather jacket today but really wishing I was bundled up in one of my furs (a practical piece in SoCal alas). 
P.S. Have you ever eaten in a Greenhouse? Commissary is the place…Roy Choi literally illustrates his creations on a practically wordless menu – you point to a picture and just trust the master. He sure won us over with the fanciest “lettuce,” “carrots” and “shrimp po’boy” we ever did see (and devour). 
Not to mention, the restaurant is located in the buzzed up Line Hotel. The Koolest Koreatown hotspot that was perfect for my meetings and mocktails (in Joie, Jacket, Joe’s Jeans, Nordstrom Collection, Miu Miu & Steve Madden).
