Gorgeous right? You may have seen some of my tid bits on my husband, Hunter’s projects here and there but let’s be honest, I’m a very proud wife but the humble man rarely allows me to brag-I mean, share-his work. Kenihan Devlopment’s latest in Los Feliz has somewhat felt like a baby to me, as I’ve regularly visited to check on it’s progress and watch it grow from nothing to this masterpiece. The 1300 square foot two bedroom, two bath Spanish revival lies in Franklin Hills with custom wood, rounded arches and a jaw-dropping cathedral ceiling. Guess what-it’s for sale! Hunter’s favorite things about the place? The unique hand painted tiles and the original light fixtures. He wanted to create a space for the buyer to feel at home, in a one of a kind, comfortable setting. And the green kitchen? Who doesn’t love a little flare in their life (I told him we might need to copy it in our own home someday!)?  If you’ve come this far, you’ll probably find it interesting to know the property had basically been neglected for dozens of years, and was hoarder-like filled with abandoned belongings and trash.
