This happened to be one of those days where I felt extremely boring in yet another grey dress…it was too hot to add a fun jacket or chunky scarf so I went a little retro with my bump, and took a major dive into spring with some last minute buried at the bottom of my closet accessories! Transitioning between seasons can often be hard (for me at least) because I get so used to wearing the same thing in different colors or silhouettes, but I’ve learned that it can be as simple as taking that daily uniform and evolving it with lighter accents to ease into warmer months. A neck tie is the perfect update to a winter scarf, and my ivory round sunglasses are the spring alternative to black and brown frames. Soft colored lace up pumps (or flats!) will always lighten up a look, so I’m working new shades into my wardrobe for more feminine flirty spring vibes. If you don’t have the right spring kicks, scarf or sunnies yet, try a light or bright colored clutch for a pop, and nude or delicate lips to seal your deal.
