Meet our softest new hoodie from 10to12 Baby Lounge, aka our current best friend!
Truth be told, this company, had my heart when the founder, Amanda Werts reached out to me. She had used the same fertility specialist, Dr. Kelly Baek who we both absolutely adore (and I featured a few months ago here), to bring her beautiful IVF twins into this world. Amanda’s twins were also in the NICU like mine were, at the same hospital! And above all else, we just hit it off on all things infertility, mommyhood, entrepreneurship and life.
When she sent me this adorable hoodie for my little Leo, I was touched. First of all, it’s so soft, the best cashmere blend, and little man is all smiles in it. He doesn’t love wearing sweatshirts but this thing is super comfy and perfect for cooler afternoons at the beach. The hoodie is from the luxury line in 10to12 Baby Lounge’s new collection and sizes range from baby to toddler! The brand also offers soft and affordable cotton muslins as well!
More than the product is the story behind it. On top of Amanda’s journey to motherhood and the bond we share, is the incredible passion she had for telling her twins made up stories at night before they went to bed. It as the only way she could get them both to bed as an overwhelmed twin mama (Amanda, can you come to my house please?) and I just love the heart and determination she had. Through her stories came the birth of her third baby, 10to12 Baby Lounge, a brand with the best cashmeres and cottons for little ones, plus their new toddler line that recently launched. Gavin the Goat and Liam the Lion are a few of the characters that live on the products who were born through these bed time tales she told to her children.
