Although I loved my bold holiday looks and the red lips that came with ’em, I’m really into kicking off this clean slated year with a clean slated look. By no means am I giving up on brights and we all know my lipstick affair is forever, but there’s something about starting the year off by ridding all the radiance and picking pure, neutral numbers. I updated my shirtdress scenario with a sleek green tencel button down and bundled up in an ivory coat here for a cozy chic touch. Tights and booties are always a good go-to and I polished my ensemble off with my MAC C-Thru Lipgloss for a monochrome matte moment. I’m hoping that if I refine my look, I’ll refine my closet…which means throw out anything I didn’t wear in 2015. It sounds painful but I’m pretty sure once I rip that bad bandaid off I’ll have more wardrobe clarity and more space for 2016 ; )
Green is such a pretty color on you! And I fully support this neutrals movement (although I do love a pop of color every now and then myself!) ;)
